Through Fincas Los Rodriguez and its educational program, it supports around a hundred producers on the road to sustainable, high-quality production. This anaerobic washed batch rests for 48 hours in controlled fermentation. This process, both subtle and technical, reveals a structured, elegant cup with an unprecedented aromatic signature.
