Absolutely! Once you have an account set up, it’s very easy to sign in and make changes. You can edit your subscription elements by signing in to your account, navigating to the Subscriptions section and clicking the “Edit” button on your subscribed product.

We currently deliver anywhere on the island of Montréal, most of the south shore and Laval. Local delivery is always free!

Local Montréalers will receive their first curated box within 1-3 days of the purchase date and subsequent boxes on a Tuesday or Thursday. That date will be recurring for as long as you remain a subscriber.

Shipping rates:

  • Greater Montréal area: Curated boxes and orders over $45 are delivered for free. Under $45, delivery is a $5 flat rate.
  • Québec and Ontario (exlcuding the GMA): a flat rate of $10 for orders under $60.
  • Rest of Canada: a flat rate of $15 for orders under $60.

** We'll cover the shipping for ALL Canada wide orders over $60.

You should note that if you aren’t at home to receive your order, your package will be left on your doorstep by one of our couriers unless other arrangements are made.

Of course! You can adjust or cancel anytime. Changes to your subscription can be made by logging into your account and editing your subscription details. You can pause, change, cancel, or re-subscribe any time.

Each box features 3 different bags of whole bean coffee, which should be enough for 2-3 cups of coffee a day for one month.

Items you're not completely satisfied with can usually be returned within 30 days. Please contact us at info@doppiomontreal.com so we can help you.

We appreciate you sending back as much of the original packaging as possible and ask that you package your return items well so that they are not damaged during the journey. We cannot refund items which were not packaged well enough to survive the trip. We also reserve the right to assess and charge a restocking fee if the product is dirty, wet or missing any parts or if the return is past the 30-day return window.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify any damage and will refund the amount excluding shipping costs via your original method of payment.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, coffee is a perishable item and we do not accept returns. However, if you have any concerns with your order, please contact us at info@doppiomontreal.com and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
