Our Sunrise Espresso Decaf is best described by the phrase “low and slow.” It’s the coffee we reach for when we’re ready to ease into the day, settled into a favourite chair or out on the porch, watching the sun rise over the mountains.
Our new crop comes from Sebastián Ramírez and his dedicated team at El Placer. This marks the third coffee from Ramírez to join our menu. While his work most often appears on our Limited Series, we were especially impressed by his commitment not only to mastering rare and experimental microlots, but also to expanding his offerings with a thoughtfully produced decaf designed for a more approachable audience. This sugarcane (EA) process decaf is sweet, layered, and exceptionally clean. We’re excited to share a decaf sourced from a new corner of the Southern Hemisphere.
