Notes From The Roaster

This magnificent single origin coffee comes from the Huila region, more precisely from the municipality of El Pital.

Several producers are united at the COOP COOCENTRAL. They all have the same mission: to produce excellent coffee in order to obtain a better price and ensure the perpetuity of the resource for generations to come.

To do this, they invested in certification programs, new roads/infrastructure, built new facilities and above all, focused on education and the refinement of their production methods. They also make sure to give back to different social programs in their community.

We roast this coffee to obtain all its subtleties. It is silky, balanced, rich in flavors and aromas with a just enough lingering finish.
