Notes From The Roaster

Our latest decaf is a sugar cane (EA) decaf from Huila Colombia.

We selected this coffee for it's sweetness, with subtle notes of dark cherry and almond. Roasted dark enough that it will work well as an espresso with milk drinks, while still retaining some subtle flavours on a filter methods.
