Introducing Jesus Rodriguez, a washed coffee from Guatemala with notes of caramel, blueberry, and dried fruit. Carefully cultivated at an altitude of 1,820 meters, the cherries are handpicked, naturally fermented, then washed and sun-dried.
The Los Pocitos farm, located in Volcancito in the Casillas region, is the result of a dream that began 27 years ago. Without any resources, Jesus collected seeds from his neighbors to plant his first 200 coffee trees. Today, his plantation is shaded by the pine trees he planted himself, creating a rich and sustainable ecosystem.
This mountainous region of Guatemala offers ideal conditions for coffee cultivation: a temperate climate, high altitudes, and exceptional biodiversity. The result is a smooth, balanced cup with a beautiful sweet complexity, reflecting the craftsmanship and respect for the Guatemalan terroir.
