Notes From The Roaster

A staple on the Yamabiko menu, this "almost classic" espresso offers notes of milk chocolate with subtle dried fruit or candy berries depending on the extraction. Brazilian coffee provides the smooth chocolate base, currently blended with a natural Ethiopian from the Guji region.

Good as Gold, an homage to our friends in Australia who inspired us to start our coffee journey. The art is complete with a rainbow lorikeet from Australia, and the name is an inside joke about the Aussie saying.
