Grinding
Our boxes feature whole bean coffees. We recommend grinding your beans right before brewing. Why? Oils and aromatics in the beans are released during the grinding process. Grinding your beans right bfore you brew lets you best capture the profile of the beans and offers a brighter overall final taste. Need grinding recommendations? Send us a note!
