We are excited to introduce you to our new direct partnership from Colombia with this new coffee from the El Vergel farm. This 400 hectare farm in the Tolima region is managed by Elias and Shady Bayters. They are recognized for their funkiest experimental coffees in Colombia. This decaf is an explosion of flavor and complexity. It is delicious both in filter and in espresso.
