Our adventure began in 2016 with the creation of the very first cooperative roasting workshop in Canada. This innovative initiative allowed us to help nearly a hundred new roasting businesses get started, strengthening our commitment to evolving the industry with a unique and affordable service that still makes us a reference in the world of roasting today.

In our ongoing mission to support the coffee community, we launched a transactional website in 2021 dedicated to the sale of green coffee. In addition to working with the best importers, we also import our own green coffees, which will soon be labeled under the name: Hunter-Gatherer Coffee Imports. This platform offers emerging industry players privileged access to top-quality beans at truly competitive prices.

This year, to complement our offering and reach a broader clientele, we are proud to present our new roasted coffee project, available in four distinct flavor profiles.
