Portebleue

Portebleue is a small-batch coffee roaster based in Montréal, Québec. Founded by Tanner Gooding, who embraced Montréal's café culture after moving there in 2015, Portebleue is dedicated to sourcing and roasting sustainable, high-quality green coffee. He meticulously roasts to order, selecting beans that showcase the best flavors and prioritizing sustainability in farming, trading, and sourcing practices.

All of the roasting is performed on an Aillio Bullet roaster, ensuring every batch is consistently delicious.
