Micro-roaster established in Blainville since 2019, concerned about the environment and always looking for quality, Nordik has been transmitting its passion for specialty coffee for a few years. The magic happens directly in the boutique section of our Brunch restaurant.

Pierre-Luc and Edith co-pilot this family business with very similar values since they grew up together, it's kind of their way of giving back to the community. Pierre-Luc, always looking for the best flavor profiles, roasts with the greatest attention.
