Ambros is a specialty coffee company established in Montreal, Canada in 2020. We source high-quality coffee from all over the world and, through purposeful roasting, we aim to highlight the character of every bean. Our passion is rooted in the history and the ritual of coffee; its cultural evolution throughout the centuries, the journey it takes from harvest to cup, and the leaps it has recently made with the advent of technology.

We roast on Probat machines and with state-of-the-art coffee roasting software. Specialty roasting is built on data, information, and control of the elements; a more targeted approach that aims for consistency in the pursuit of perfection.
