Notes From The Roaster

This Ethiopian of great distinction, from organic farming and fair trade, comes from the Sidama region, more precisely from the Yirgalem district.

The Bokasso cooperative was founded in 1976. The commitment of employees and farmers is impressive. With a constant concern to improve their techniques and the quality of the coffee, they have great social and entrepreneurial aspirations. We are fortunate to be able to collaborate with them through our partner COOP café.

Its refined side recalls the unctuous and rich taste of a jasmine truffle. A magnificent crema will be produced in espresso. It is excellent accompanied with milk and can be used with all types of extraction.
